How to Purchase? / Black cherry Policies

Your Order:-

A customer must carefully read and understand Conditions of Use - safety instructions before placing an order. We accept the order for a device against the availability of the stock only. If we have no stock available at the time of your order, our website www.blackcherry.in will not accept the payment. We will keep your contact information in our system and inform you through email/ phone/SMS once we received the stock.

Once you’ve placed an order along with a confirmed payment, you will receive an Order Processing email to confirm your order details. Upon shipping; you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier name and tracking information.


Online payment

You can pay the money through our payment gateway. This payment gateway generally used by all online stores and is safe to protect your data and is authorized to operate in India. You can use debit card, credit card, net banking etc.

Demand Draft

You can place order by issuing a demand draft for the amount mentioned in the website as MRP in favor of

You should print the filled order form of our website and send along with the DD to us in to the contact address given in the website through speed post/courier

You should keep photocopy of DD in your custody for future reference

EMI Option

The maximum retail price (MRP) should be decided by us by considering the purchase price, customs/import duty, sale tax, money transaction charges, packing & courier charges etc. This can be varied time to time. Customers only need to pay MRP, no other charges.


Once a payment is confirmed usually we courier the item in next business day. The item will be courier as an insured article with reputed courier service.

Cancellation of your order

You can cancel your order or change the shipping address before dispatching the device from our location. Once the device is dispatched, you cannot cancel the order.

Delivery & inspection of the package

Upon receipt of the packet, the customer must inspect the packet and device inside for any damages/transportation damages in the courier office itself or in front of courier delivery person. If anything noticed, immediately alert the courier company and return the device to them and ask for a receipt. Since the article is insured for its MRP hence contact us over phone or write to us at support@blackcherry.in. We will not accept a claim regarding this subject in a later stage.

Non- receipt of the couriered article

If you are not received your device with in specific period(normally 3 to 5 business days) contact us immediately for further action. We will contact the courier company to track the device, if unable to track or missing, we will courier a fresh piece to you after receives a status up to date from the courier company.

We will not share your personal contact details or any other information to any one without your written consent or not used for any marketing strategy.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

All legal transactions concluded between Black cherry and a client shall be governed by the Laws of India and of the courts situated at kottayam , Kerala state only.

Change of policy

This product is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty for 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. As a first step, please contact us to see if you are entitled to claim the warranty by emailing us at: support@blackcherry.in with a description of the product defect and your contact details.

we confirm in a return email that your product is eligible for replacement or repair, please send at your own expense the completed warranty card with proof of purchase( with bill) and the defective product to M/S Black Cherry.

You are entitled to have the device repaired or replaced, if the device fails to be of acceptable quality. The decision for repairing or replacing is up to Black cherry management in consultation with Re-Time Pty Ltd. If we decide to replace with a new one, warranty will be applicable only for the remaining period of the original purchase.

This warranty does NOT cover: Damage due to alterations, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, thunderstorm activity, use on an incorrect voltage, voltage supply problems, power surges and dips, abuse, tampering or repair by unauthorized persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, build-up of dirt or dust, liquid spillage, exposure to moisture or abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the product, damage or loss incurred during, associated with or related to transit, any loss or damage arising from loss of use, loss of profits or revenue or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or any product with an altered or removed serial number.

This Warranty does not cover for the USB wall charger we supplied along with this device .This USB wall charger is not a part of the standard device we received from Re-timer, Australia. This is a complementary supply by M/s. Black cherry hence no warranty applies to this device.

Owner responsibilities: The owner will use the product in accordance with the operating instructions at: www.re-timer.com. The serial number on the product must not be altered or removed in order to claim this warranty. The owner must have proof of purchase (must produce original bill) to validate warranty claims.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. M/S Black cherry will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.


M/S Black cherry is an importer and exclusive reseller of Re timer light device in India. Our responsibility is only to resell the device in India and give service to the device we sold.
